The upgrade shown in the concept preview, delivered as a collaboration: BlueForest provides the brand guidelines, page and chart templates, and animation specifications, working closely with Ryan Wooten so the partners build their own pages and animations in a format that transfers directly into BlueForest's BlueCue system for the video edit. BlueForest builds and manages the investor portal end to end: individual logins, the invitation and reminder emails, and a post-event engagement report.

- Any change from the scope described here must be agreed in writing by both parties. Content is locked November 6, 2026 — changes after lock are corrections only.
- BlueForest Studios retains the right to use footage and the finished project in our marketing materials.
- Invoices unpaid 60 days past due incur a 3% fee; Stripe card payments include Stripe's transaction fee.
