NovaQuest Capital Management Concept preview

NovaQuest Presentation System · Proposed for the 2026 AGM

One page format that works as a printed deck, a video graphic, and a script.

Last year, deck slides were lifted into the video as-is — and the dense ones were unreadable on screen. This preview shows the fix: design each page once, in a format built for all three jobs.

Brand standards, locked from your own site

Every color and typeface below already lives on novaquest.com — the system just commits to them. One palette, two typefaces, one accent. Applied identically in PowerPoint, print, and video.

Color — five, and no more

Navy#003D7E
Sky#5292CB
Slate#66727C
Mist#DCE2E8
Ember#D26A20

Ember is the single accent: the NovaQuest datapoint, the key number, the "look here." It replaces last year's red circles — and it can only appear once per page, so it always means something.

Typography

Merriweather 900

Open Sans — body, labels, chart text. Aa Bb Cc 0123456789

Both are free Google Fonts, so they render identically in PowerPoint, on the web, and in video. Calibri, Cambria, and Trajan-as-body-text retire; Trajan remains in the logo only.

The rules

  • One message per page
  • 25 words or fewer in the video zone
  • At least 15% whitespace
  • Every chart from one template — same axes, same palette order
  • Ember appears once per page, never more
  • No red circles, no drop-shadow frames, no Excel defaults

The format in action

Four pages from your 2025 meeting, redesigned

Real content from December's AGM. Toggle each page between Deck page (what investors print and read) and Video zone (what I lift straight into the edit) — then press Play to see the animation build investors would see on screen.

Briefing — spoken in the video, read in the deck

1

To date, NovaQuest has supported 88 Phase 3 or pivotal studies across Funds III–VI. Of those with known outcomes, 89% were successful — they demonstrated clinical efficacy and safety in their primary endpoints in support of regulatory approval. The industry average is 55–60%.

2

That clinical success translates into a historical average of 82% of assets receiving regulatory approval — against an industry average of 57%.

3

To date, 27 products supported by NovaQuest have been approved or are pending approval — NovaQuest's impact on both the industry and on patients.

Briefing — spoken in the video, read in the deck

1

NovaQuest has been investing as a standalone firm for 15 years, after 10 years as the internal investing group of Quintiles — now IQVIA. Since spinning out in 2010, we have raised more than $2.6 billion of capital across five funds.

2

We are premarketing Animal Health Opportunities Fund II now, targeting a 2026 fund launch — the sixth fund on this platform.

Briefing — spoken in the video, read in the deck

1

I'm pleased to present the highlights for our 2017 vintage, $1.16 billion Fund V.

2

The fund comprises 22 investments, four of which have been fully or substantially realized to date. Investment sizes range from $10 million to $150 million, with an average of about $50 million — significant diversification in asset type and investment level.

3

Since Q4 2024, the portfolio has celebrated six drug approvals across various indications and presentations, with one more product filed and awaiting approval. One restructuring closed in that period — Hansa Biopharma — resulting in increased potential yield for NovaQuest.

Sample 4 · Animal Health — the format flexing to an editorial page

A market most investors overlook

Estimated global animal health market 1

10B3people to feed sustainably by 2050

Briefing — spoken in the video, read in the deck

1

Broadly defined, the animal health industry includes all products and services that promote the health and wellness of both companion and production animals — an estimated $350 billion market.

2

Funding innovation in animal health remains a challenge: only 6% of an estimated 600 start-ups found funding in 2025. NovaQuest is one of the only investors with a core focus on science and innovation in the fastest-growing sectors — and we were part of that funding solution.

3

Strong macro tailwinds remain: the rise in pet ownership and the humanization of pets, and the need for a clean, efficient, and sustainable supply of protein essential to feed an estimated 10 billion people by 2050.

Delivery, next year

One private link: video, deck, and access control together

Last year meant an emailed PDF, a separate Vimeo password, and manually revoking access afterward. Next year, investors get a single URL — this page you're on is the working proof.
